Description

The 800ton Multipurpose Servo Hydraulic Forging Press was first developed by Korea. It was designed and manufactured for the development of diverse forging processes and manufacturing of prototype parts. A vast majority of applications in forging press are cold, warm and hot forging/isothermal forging/semi-solid forging. This system is controlled and processed by a desk-top PC and all data are processed by Multi-Channel Data Acquisition System. Pressing speed is 0-100 mm/sec and the fast advance is 450 mm/sec. All movements of this press are controlled by Servo Value and can be programed.
